THE ARTIST
James Aldridge is a UK-based realism artist working primarily in graphite and coloured pencil.
His drawing journey began in 2024 after helping his son with a homework project- an
experience that sparked a passion for portraiture and detailed realism. Since then he has focused on creating expressive portraits, animal drawings and cinematic fan art, capturing character through careful observation of light, texture and form.
James shares his artistic process through social media and is currently available for custom portrait commissions.
